Murder Mystery Synopsis:

Mardi Gras - referred to as Carnival season - is filled with a tight schedule of festive events such as the Bal Masque, Tableau, Royal Court Parties, Charity Events and Parades. The Krewe of Pantheon was a long-standing Carnival Organization in New Orleans with over 200 members. By tradition, Madeline Broussard - the newly crowned Queen of Mardi Gras for the Krewe of Pantheon - hosted a kick-off Royal Court Party.

The Krewe members hit the scene in outrageous Mardi Gras fashion and enjoyed a relaxing appetizer hour full of challenging Mardi Gras trivia and hilarious dance contests. With the exception of a few disagreements between guests with differing opinions and troubled pasts, the party was entirely fabulous! Madeline Broussard got the party rolling by serving a delicious meal as she hosted an entertaining Fantastic Movie Challenge. The great food mixed with fun challenges got the guests into an enjoyable, competitive state of mind. Then, the party guests were completely shocked when somebody was murdered!

To minimize negative media attention, the guests avoided calling the police immediately so they could figure out whodunit! So the frantic murder investigation ensued. Following intense interrogations and analyses, each guest accused who they believed the murderer was other over a delectable dessert and coffee. Finally, seeing no other option... the murderer confessed!

While waiting on the police to arrive, the guests overtook a hilarious Mardi Gras charade challenge followed by a few other exciting party games such as the What Mardi Gras Thing am I game, Balloon Blower Challenge, the Bubble Walk Test, and the How do you do? Hey, I know you game to cap off the night's excitement!

    Kids Loved It

Posted by Raifert Keyton on Oct 22nd 2019

I work for a Boys & Girls Club in WV and we had a teen lock-in. We hit a few bumps in the road just from it being the first time i had ever done this however the kids went bananas for this. They were all over the place with trying to understand the clues. We included the money task as well and it made it that much more fun. There are several different packs that we are interested in getting to do as a fundraiser here as well as more teen fun nights.

    1st time murder mystery host

Posted by Ramona on Mar 3rd 2019

The game came with adequate instructions to follow with flexibility that the host could go all out or keep it more simple. We had a large group of first time murder mystery players and really had a lot of fun.

    Mardi Gras Madness

Posted by Steve Dorrough on Feb 9th 2018

Had a great time hosting this party. The key is to have great party guests that want to have fun. Ours all played their part to the nth degree. The group is beginning to talk about who will host the next mystery dinner. This is more fun than just getting together for dinner with friends. I highly recommend this party. Let the good times roll !!!!
