This is the instant download upon purchase - no waiting, nothing needs to be shipped as you have everything you need in the download, so no shipping fees! Easy to host, easy to prepare.
Just like the other games on this site, this game does not contain foul language, sexual innuendos or drug references - however- it does contain plot lines in the horror genre dealing with ghosts, the supernatural, serial killers, disposal of bodies, and evil dolls. That is the reason for the 16+ rating. So, if you are ready for a night where you can spook the heck out of your friends and have a great time - this game is for you!
Note: this game was revised on 5/13/19. You may download the newest version from your account if you have an active game license. Previous versions may not be seamless with the expansion packs.
Since 1864—The Bateman Hotel. A place where guests can relax and conjure the days of refined luxury, romantic evenings and glittering nights. The new owner is hosting a soiree in honor of the anniversary of the hotel’s reopening a year ago. If you decide to make a reservation for an overnight stay after the party, there are a few guest rooms to avoid due to reports of ill-spirited apparitions, steamy pockets of strange mist causing feelings of dread, sudden drops of temperature, and terrifying voices that echo in the corridors during the wee hours of the morning. Other than that, the old hotel is once again becoming the place to be in the town of Wraith’s Cove. The infamous Quinn Bloom is on the VIP guest list and will bring a rare doll collection to the hotel - but don't let the dolls bother you - the rumors about them may not even be true. You wouldn’t miss this party for the world. This is where your story begins.

My boyfriend has done some of these in the past, and wanted to do another for my birthday party. He was the only person who knew the gist of how it all worked, so for the rest of us it was totally new.
WE. HAD. A. BLAST.
I was worried about the difficulty of the game since 99% of us had never played, but the night was fun and flawless. My boyfriend said it was actually the best experience he's ever had. He and I were also able to cut out the cards and stuff the envelopes without any plots points or victims being spoiled for us. At the end of the night, everyone was saying how much fun they had and asked when the next murder mystery party would be. Thank you for making my 25th birthday party a smash! I bought this for my 13 year old son's Halloween party. Most of their fun is spent online playing computer games and I hoped that this would be a good deviation from their norm with face to face interactions and fun. They really got into it and it kept them entertained for about 4 hours which included a meal and dessert. My wife and I spent most of our time observing and fussing over the eyeball pizzas. The game played out easily without our direction. Just watching the boys play the game has inspired my wife and I to host an adult party using another one of your products. Thanks for helping us throw a Halloween party for a group of teens that they will talk about for years to come. Ken on Oct 31st 2016
You've gone and done it and made me the host of the year - now I have to host the next one because everybody had the time of their lives.
LOL!!!!!!! Great game! Sosh on Oct 17th 2016
We hosted this party last year. I hope the author writes another scary one, as our group fell in love with this game.
