Murder Mystery Synopsis:

St. Patrick's Day is around the corner. The Shakin' Shamrock Pub in the quaint town of Old Lacken is about to be rockin' and rollin' with a packed house of intriguing Irish gents and ladies. The celebration will include festive music, tasty Irish delicacies, exciting party games, and engaging conversations.

But this party's story could take a dark turn. So many townsfolk are rivals who can't seem to exist in the same space for more than a few seconds without causing mayhem. The past year, Old Lacken has been riddled with dreadful scandals popping up from every direction. Longstanding feuds have heated from lukewarm to bubbles boiling over the brim. The Shakin' Shamrock management has acknowledged the issue and promises to keep the party going without incident.
You scored a ticket to the St. Paddy's bash and are dying to attend. This is where your story begins.

    Good Hostess Information!

I have not had the party yet, but the instructions are awesome, and the materials very well written for an interactive party for a somewhat large group (15 in character and 14 non-characters). I will know more if the party is a success in about 6 weeks. This was bought for a club get-together, and I liked it so well, am buying another one for a college friend reunion!

    Rollicking Good Time

Posted by Kathy on May 1st 2019

We had 32 participants for the "Murder Me, I 'm Irish" evening and it was a huge success. Decorations were easy as we all had St. Patty's Day "stuff" and the directions, the character assignments etc. were easy and clear. Thanks for a great fund-raiser and fun-raiser.

This was a good group of characters. I was very Female heavy this time (8 F 3 M), so it worked out great.

    St. Patrick's Day Fun

Posted by Sarah on May 9th 2017

I purchased this script for a gathering at my home. As I read through it, I thought the characters seemed strange and the script seemed overwhelming. I was completely wrong. Everyone showed up in character and it was an amazing night. I even have a daughter who does Irish dancing and she performed too. We laughed the whole night and surprisingly everyone kept their character going until they left for the evening. (Actually, my husband has now continued to call a friend of ours, "Chicken Farmer?" ) So funny. I would love to add pictures here...looking for a place to add them. Just a tip: Oriental Trading makes a tavern sign with your name on it.

We had so much fun doing this party. My daughter is an Irish dancer so she performed in between the evidence reveals. What a unique and fun way to throw a party. Everyone got really into the characters too. Fun times! Pictures to come...
