Multi-Use &/or Commercial License

Commercial Use Agreement: if you use our murder mystery party games for commercial use and / or want to purchase the rights to reuse the murder mystery party game for more than one public murder mystery event (i.e. dinner theater, fund raisers, bed and breakfasts and corporate events), you must purchase this Commercial License. This license entitles you to unlimited use of one murder mystery party game and does not expire. You are not, however, authorized to alter or sell any game documents in any form (i.e. electronic or prepared) and you must not transfer any of the game materials to another end-user. This only gives you the right to host the mystery at your event. We request that in your promotional materials, you make a statement that it is a My Mystery Party mystery.

Upon purchase, simply print out your order confirmation for your records.

In the custom comments section of the order form, please let us know which game that you purchased and would like the license for. You will need a license for each game that you wish to use for profit as described above.

If you need to use our graphics for the promotion of your event in any form (i.e. paper print, web, video, etc.), we ask that you post a reference that all art is the property of and was provided by MyMysteryParty.com. If this reference is on the web, we request a link to our site.

Any violation of these terms (i.e. we find that you are selling our products to an end user, etc.) will nullify this commercial license and we will pursue immediate legal action against you.
